Shipping Policy

At Fabric Flair, we prioritize fast and secure delivery across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, followed by a standard delivery timeframe of 2–5 business days, totaling an estimated 3–7 business days. We ship to all cities nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and more. During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping is free for orders above PKR 5,000, while a flat fee of PKR 250 applies to orders below that amount. We partner with trusted couriers like Leopards, Trax, M&P, and TCS to ensure safe handling. If a delivery attempt fails twice, the order may be returned, so please double-check your contact details. Return & Refund Policy

At Fabric Flair, customer satisfaction comes first. Returns are accepted only in specific cases: if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (wrong size, color, or style). Returns are not accepted for change of mind, used or washed items, innerwear, accessories, or sale items unless they’re defective. If the error is ours, return shipping is on us. Otherwise, customers must cover return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, and the amount is credited to your original payment method within 7 days. All returns undergo a quality check, and misuse may void the refund. If you prefer an exchange, mention it in your email—subject to stock availability. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
